Down half a pound from last week but still up 2lbs from 2 weeks ago. I'm disappointed, I'm not going to lie. I'm really up and down the last few weeks. This morning the scale said 178.3lbs. I'm down 5.7lbs from last week and 33.7lbs total. Since December 30th I've lost 9.1lbs.

The scale said 180.8lbs this morning. WOW, it was very cool to see 180, so close to the 170's but I am not overly excited because I had a REALLY bad stomach bug yesterday, which basically emptied my system out. I really want to hit my goal of 179lbs by next Wednesday so I plan to keep my eating under control and hopefully I will hit it.

I'm disappointed in myself. I lost momentum after the holidays, in terms of food. Well the scale was not kind to me. I'm at 184.9lbs, up 1.6lbs. I was seriously disappointed. I've been doing well with my meals, but over the weekend yes I did indulge in chocolate that my in-laws brought from Ireland. And my mom had a Christmas party with all my friends and I couldn't resist a butter tart, brownie or roast potatoes with gravy. Ugh. I was really looking forward to this weigh-in because I did really well with my food choices this week. I almost always chose healthy snacks over junk, and when I did have chocolate I had a Dairy Milk Thins which is only 100 calories. I missed my Thursday run last week but I ran an excellent 10k on Sunday in 1hr11min and of course I've been continuing with my 6 week challenge on More Workouts.

My favorite temperature to run in is 0 degrees Celsius, I love running in the rain and a little wind at my back always helps to push me along.
Well the stars were aligned for a great run today. I missed my Tuesday run (I always feel guilty when I miss a run), I didn't run yesterday, so as soon as my husband got home and I headed out. I checked the temperature and it was 0 degrees, excellent!
