Weigh-in Wednesday - So close to Pre-Baby Weight!

I was really looking forward to this weigh-in because I did really well with my food choices this week. I almost always chose healthy snacks over junk, and when I did have chocolate I had a Dairy Milk Thins which is only 100 calories. I missed my Thursday run last week but I ran an excellent 10k on Sunday in 1hr11min and of course I've been continuing with my 6 week challenge on More Workouts.

In the last month my weight loss has been very slow, however I've still been very happy with every weigh-in because the scale has been going down. And celebrating the small achievements is really helping me get to the biggest goal! So I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 183.3lbs! Woo hoo! I'm down 3lbs this week for a total of 28.7lbs! I hit the 2 stone (28lbs) loss mark. Another goal hit and I'm only 0.7lbs away from my pre-baby #1 weight!! Tears will be shed when I see that number on the scale and I will let everyone know!

This week will be busy, my in-laws are coming from Ireland on Friday! So I've been cleaning and getting ready for them. And Sunday we have a family Christmas party. So I am making a commitment here and now for this coming week: to keep up with the 6 week challenge, to go for 3 runs and to make smart food choices and not over-indulge. I would really love a 2lbs weight loss next week.

Good luck to everyone weighing-in! I love to hear all of your successes as well. And if you want to smile this morning check out my Wordless Wednesday post.
