Weigh-in Wednesday - I feel skinny

I worked hard this past week, controlled my eating and exercised a lot. I decided on my goals, to get focused and I was excited for this morning.
Kids woke up at 7:45am, WOW I got to sleep in, so I was happy with that. I was nervous to see my number today, so when I finally got on the scale I took a deep breath and hoped for the best. I was 196lbs last week and was really hoping for 2lbs weight loss this week.

I looked down and there it was 192.4lbs!!!!!! I was 3.6lbs down from last week, passing my weekly goal of 2lbs and ALMOST hitting the 20lbs weight loss mark! I'm in the low 190's, almost at the 180's, OMG I just can't believe it! I haven't been here in over two years, since I was pregnant with my first son.

I honestly feel so good about it. I feel skinny LOL Sounds silly saying that at 192lbs but I do, I feel smaller than I have in a while. So now I'm highly motivated to possibly hit 189lbs next week. If I just focus, keep on track with my eating and exercise I know I will see 189lbs next week.

I'd love to hear about other people's goals, successes and challenges. I also think it wold be cool if anyone else wants to weigh in on a Wednesday with me, to keep motivated?

Now I need to revise my goals:
192lbs by November 4th - Done! (I won't say I've lost 20lbs until I see 192.0lbs)
190lbs by November 11th 10% goal - 189lbs by November 4th

If you're on the same journey as me stay focused, you're strong and you can do this! The rewards will be wonderful!
