Some awesome support from wonderful ladies like Shannon, Monique, Trish, Lori, Sarah, the Wii Mommies and everyone on Twitter! Having people read and give their advice and support was so helpful. Just being open about how I was feeling helped me to hear that other people go through the same things and that I can get back on track. What else helped me feel better?
EXERCISE! I've said it before and I'll keep saying it, I love exercise! I always feel better after exercising. Yesterday, being Tuesday, Biggest Loser was on. During the day I thought about it, about the AB workout I've led the last couple of weeks but I wasn't sure if I felt like doing it again. But then I messaged Monique, asked her if she was up for the workout and decided to do it! Of course Monique was ready to get her ab workout in so that motivated me! We did the Ab workout the first hour and then we did the last chance Tworkout (I LOVE that word) with @shrinkingjeans!
Just getting my workout gear on, and anticipating the workout was making me feel better, more positive. Then I started thinking, I would like an immediate fitness goal/focus. Then I realized it's a brand new month and so far I worked out both days of the month. So I decided I will workout every single day of February, to make it a full Fitness February! I'm just challenging myself to stay on top of my exercise, which usually isn't a problem, and to try and focus on and hit this goal for the month of February. I'm also half way through my 6 week challenge on EA Sports Active More Workouts, so I'm looking forward to completing that challenge in February.
This morning I was 184lbs, I'm up from last week (I was sick and completely emptied my system so I got down to 180lbs). BUT on a positive note I'm down half a pound from the week before. I'm down 28lbs total. I didn't see 179lbs but I'm on my way back. What will I do this week to get there?
- Journal my food everyday
- Exercise everyday
- Be positive
- Read blogs that inspire me
- Make healthy choices
