Weigh-in Wednesday

Well I basically stayed the same, only lost about .2 of a lb..oh well. Considering how much crap I ate this week, I'm happy about that. SO, I need to get back on track. I think I say that every week, am I the only one?? Anyway, goal for next week, to be down 2lbs and then another 2lbs the week after and then I will be at the 20lbs loss mark! I think that will gave me a major boost. After that, 3lbs later I'll be down to 189lbs and I will be really happy about that! SO I'm going back to the food journal today, counting calories and I gotta step up my exercise again.
Please G-D let me stay motivated. Maybe I need a challenge, no junk till Christmas? A certain # of lbs by Christmas?? I'll think about it!
